Introductory Call
Introductory call to get to know each other, understand motivations, and determine fit
Business Discovery
Post the execution of a NDA we conduct a confidential review of the business’s history, financials, operations, and culture to capture its unique DNA and learn future plans.
Deal Structure
Once both parties reach alignment we conduct the following:
We issue a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) with key terms such as price, timeline, structure, leadership and post transaction involvement
We conduct a due diligence which involves a deep-dive into the business and financials to uncover growth opportunities
Deal Closing and Transition
We finalise the deal terms and work collaboratively over a transitional period to ensure the continued long term success of your business.
